Our client in Grand Prairie is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for a 12-week contract assignment. In this role you will be assisting with implementing a LMS compliance project, responding to inquiries regarding access and passwords, and serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting for end users. The LMS Admin will also maintain user profiles to include system access, password resets, and system visibility and security. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience with an emphasis on LMS and/or SharePoint
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness and ability to assist customers via email, phone, or face-to-face
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills
