|Our client in Dallas is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Director! In this role you will be responsible for leading and creating a strategic HR framework from the ground up. You will oversee and lead in the areas of performance management, career development, change management, succession planning, organizational design, and employee relations (ER). The HR Director will also be responsible for developing corporate plans and strategies for HR related initiatives to include compensation, benefits, health, safety, performance evaluations, staffing, and training and development.
